How does it work?

Based on 3 given parameters that the merchant provides, our proprietary RXD algorithm calculates, tracks, and triggers new discount rates and issues e-cashbacks to shoppers.

Will you help with the API integration?

The API key comes with a documentation that details the instructions on how to integrate the API into a site. If you need assistance, please contact us at admin@crowdshop.co.

Will there be any after office hours support?

Our technical team is available during office hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Any enquiries after office hours will be attended to by the next working day.
